Handle incoming message retractions (XEP-0424)

Added support for handling retraction of messages by their author.

Future expansions could include UI for letting users do this, ~~and supporting moderator retractions via XEP-0425 0.3.0~~

I have actually also been working on implementing message deletion and moderation in Dino, which unfortunately means that some of the efforts are duplicated. I'll have time to look into this again in 2 or 3 weeks.

I merged parts of your PR in 9f02aba799e07ad2ab587334fe59c577e5d4605d. A implementation of message retraction and moderation, sending and receiving is in 1ede8ade12f26cf39d29d5c616bd28693d677e09.
