Add functions for subparts of author name

A user requested the ability to format like 'First Last - Title.epub'. To facilitate this, it would be useful to add a authorFirst, authorLast and authorText functions. The authorText function would be the unchanged contents of the text node in the first <creator .. aut> tag.
