Add <dc:date>...</dc:date> to pub date search

We aren't using a <dc:date> tag without any attributes. Make the search go like this:

<dc:date opf:event='original-publication'>...
<dc:date opf:event='publication'>...
<dc:date>...

And update the usage to reflect this.
