Please provide an HTML version of API.sgml in "doc" directory or on etpan.org

In doc/Makefile.am there's a comment:

As compiling API.sgml requires dependencies that aren't readily available on all systems (e.g. jade won't compile on macOS 11, and isn't available in homebrew, DocBook v3 is two versions out of date, difficult to get the schema for, and requires knowledge of DocBook), and as I'm new to libetpan and would love to be able to read the API docs in a friendlier format than reading API.sgml in vim, can you please build an HTML version of the file and include it in the source (or on etpan.org)? :)
