How to generate dota1_1024_v2 and use generate *_ms.json?

Hi, I want to use the config of DOTA\faster_rcnn_RoITrans_r50_fpn_1x_dota_gap512_msTrainTest_rotationTrainTest.py. However, I can't generate the file postfix of *_ms.json. How can I generate dota1_1024_v2 and *_ms.json?
