Click as position always advances by 1 second

In this example, you can see console output reporting the data.amount sent by Simplify when seeking within a track.

The amount is reported as 1 second ahead of the current playback position. You can view the correct duration reported in the console, and the timeline and numeric displays all report accurate positions. Only clicking seems to mis-report.
