Add proxy support

Hi @dimtion ,

Are there any plans to support proxy( both SOCKs and HTTP(s) for the client)?

Hi @smalltimebloke1 ,

This is not planned, but I'm opened to PRs! The biggest difficulty would probably be avoiding cluttering the interface when configuring a new account.
