provide more info on usb device, deal w/ stale lockfiles on ubuntu 18.04

hi there,

on ubuntu 18.04 udev would log extensive amounts of script error exit codes and message. reason: stale lock files. so, now, remove lockfiles after timeout. there's no reason for lockfiles to be hanging around after the scripts completion. and the script shall complete within the timeout time frame.

the remainder of the patches is about providing more info on usb devices like the yubikey 4 nano. those dongles don't provide textual identification using other tags than the usual ones.
