Cannot dump Mass Effect 3 Special Edition USA (NTSC)

Attempting to dump Mass Effect USA results in ddd being removed from WiiU memory every time the game is run. On executing the game there is no pause or delay as with my other games it just loads straight to the game menu. No connection is made to the computer and no data is ever sent. On exit and returning to Mii Maker instead of the expected ddd screen the regular Mii Maker loads. I have dumped all my games and Mass Effect SE USA is the only one that exhibits this behavior. I am just curious if anyone else has ever encountered a game resetting Mii Maker before loading. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help debug this problem. I am running a WiiU with 551

Hey, is there any solution. I have the same problem with the PAL version of the game. Can not dump my game. I'm also running a WiiU with 551.
