[feature] filtering roles

Hi. It would be nice to have the filtering pattern --filters working on roles in pgcopydb copy roles, too. We have numerous roles doing fancy monitoring, administration stuff, that should not show up in the target instance, as they are already there (living in a highly automated zalando/patroni env).

Hi @Wopf ; roles that already exist on the target are skipped entirely already, no need for extra filters, it's all automated. What happens when you try?

I get a warning, that the role in question already exists - forgot to mention, that i preferred --filters from the "include" perspective. The point is, that my kubernetes-wrapper for your tool (love it!) is going to be used by more and more people in my organisation. Many of those warnings end on my desk and need clarification...

We could see about demoting the WARNING there to a NOTICE maybe. I'm not sure yet how easy that would be, do you want to have a look?
