Connection refused

Hey, I was trying to visit the link http://localhost:9042/ But the connect was refused. What should I do in this case? I'm a novice of pgcharts. Really need ur help. Also, my port number of pgadmin is 5432. But http://localhost:5432/ was also refused

Sounds like it's something else then, can you debug with lsof -i :9042 and the like, if running linux?
