show SHA of package in package list and on description page

It would be useful to know the SHA of packages that are installed via git clone. This would allow users to know if they are up to date, or if they update a package, whether it has changed.

I think it might be a little crowded in the package list. But putting it in the description seems like a good idea, pull requests welcome. :)
