"Clear caches" button also resets OldTwitter settings

Describe the bug Upon pressing the "Clear caches" button at the very bottom of the OldTwitter settings page, OldTwitter's settings are cleared / reset as well. If this is intended behavior then please feel free to close the issue, and apologies for the inconvenience.
