Timeouts aren't properly handled on a user's "Tweets" page

Describe the bug When scrolling a user's Tweets page for too long, the Twitter API times out, but this isn't indicated in the UI in any way (the only way to see that you've been timed out is to look at the network tab or the console), and after the timeout period is over no more tweets show up even though the API returns 200
