Changing non-existent user from TypeError to Twitter's 2015 page

Currently OldTwitter will display a TypeError if a requested user does not exist, so this is a request for it to look how Twitter's page looked in 2015. I don't remember how it looked so this is based on an article made in 2015. The 2018 I tried looking for but didn't have that much luck.
