Option to "add user to circle" from their userpage to circumvent search ban

Not sure if possible. Would of course only be useful to accounts who can still edit their circles.

To add someone to circle, you have to click audience-->twitter circle then click 'edit' and search for the user. However, if the user is search banned then they do not come up and it is impossible to add them. D: Something like a dedicated "add to circle" button under this cogwheel would solve this issue.
