Content of a tweet being quoted are sometimes loaded in the quote tweet

Describe the bug There's a consistent chance where, if you click on a quote tweet, then click the tweet being quoted, press the back button on the browser, you'll see the contents of the tweet being quoted loaded in the quote tweet, and if you reply to the quote tweet, OldTwitter will send a reply to both tweets at the same time.
