Better twitter thread management

I would like to request is the ability to write and post a thread in one go as opposed to writing every tweet individually. Being able to write a whole thread before posting makes it much less likely to have to go back and delete any posts later down the road as you type the thread.

It would be a very useful feature for those who want to talk about a certain topic in more detail and would make it less necessary to revert to new twitter just to write a thread

I'd like to give this a bump, as I've found myself really wishing I could write full on threads and send everything out all at once. @dimdenGD -- would there be a way to do this w/ the way that OldTwitter works?
