Timeline showing differently across OldTwitter and Twitter

Describe the bug Timeline shown on OldTwitter seems to redact tweets from certain account I'm following on.

This is my content setting.

Is it related to graphQL unable to easily fetch accounts that are "marked" as bad by the algorithm? (As Japanese artists says, "Shadowban", "Searchban", and "Ghostban")

(I'm having a trouble deciding if this is a bug or just question.)
