Images do not load on cloud connect

I use cards for my reolink cams, but this only works in my local environment and not on cloud connect. It tries to load the pictures via frontend which does not work over cloud. Maybe it is possible to trigger the local backend to get the images which are then delivered to the frontend. Thanks
