Can't change quotechar

There doesn't seem to be an capability to change the quotechar for csv writer from the default. I am able to write a pipe delimited file, but cannot set the quoting to none because my data contains quotes. Similarly, you can't change escapechar either.

setting the escape character would be really nice, I run into the same Problem with quotes in the data
