Reorganizing items in the layout removes them from the layout

This started with this last weeks game update. Anytime you drag an item around in the layout, it just deletes it. Have to remove from the inventory setup and add it back to make it appear again.

I do not have the bank tag layouts plugin active anymore.

Update on this, deleting the saved layout and letting it be reset fixed the bug. Haven't found any other layouts with the issue yet.
