Black icon on black background...
Hola!
I wanted to open an issue and discuss this before taking any action, but there is an interesting problem at the moment. Since the mobster icon is black, if the task bar is ever black (which happens from time to time in Windows) the mobster icon effectively disappears.
So, how was the icon created? Is it a vector graphic or a scanned, hand-drawn image, or something else altogether? I have a couple ideas which might make the icon easier to spot on the black task bar edge case, so if you're willing I'd love to discuss.

Hi Chris, thanks for opening a discussion on this! The icon is a png with transparency. I also have it in SVG form, which you can see in the top-left at http://mobster.cc/.
Do you have any ideas? The simplest thing would be to add a white background, but I'm not sure how that would look.
I've also considered not having a task bar entry since Mobster is either up and on top of the other icons, or it's not visible. So you can't really go to it or away from the app, it's just there or not. I've actually turned off the dock icon on Mac as part of an Electron workaround for enabling Mobster with fullscreen workspaces on OS X (I'll probably release that change today).

I was just thinking of adding a white stroke around the hat. That should give it enough contrast for most situations. Thoughts?
