challenge required and account password reset.

IgCheckpointError: POST /api/v1/accounts/login/ - 400 Bad Request; challenge_required

I'm trying to implement instagram-private-api in my React Next application.

In fact I don't wanna scrap any data, just check if a given username is following my IG account.

  • Yesterday, everything works perfect.
  • After a few tests, my account seems to be suspended, I cant login anymore even in my mobile app or web.
  • I'm getting same errors even if I use a new Ig Account Credentials.

When I try to login using instagram-private-api, i got a message in my mobile app, asking me to confirm my login, I confirm it, but Instagram force reset my password.

Does anybody, facing same kind of problem or know any solution ?

Yes, me too. Maybe it happened because this library using old API. Any updates or fix recommendation?
