Question about API usage...

Hello,

Does anyone know of a published app that uses this private API. I would like to create an app for the App Store that uses the private API to publish stories, but I do not know the ramifications of doing so. Would it get rejected by apple, or would the insta account get banned if it was detected? Can anyone give some input?
