Monthly reports are no re-aggregated changing the max CSV limit

1. On default CSV limit run the report - make sure that some days are skipped because the CSV limit is too low. Month reports are ok.
2. Make the CSV bigger
3. On the next run - new daily reports are generated BUT months reports are not re-generated because it does not remember what daily reports were used when building. Actually it is possible to see that in periods in params.json but currently month report builder does not re-evaluate those.

Note it does not happen to yearly reports - because these are always re-generated.

Workaround - manually remove YYYY-MM folders in /opt/websafety-ui/var/reports folder after raising the CSV limit

Note the previous month is always re-generated - so this bug is valid ONLY if you decide to include CSV files from 2 months back. Priority of this issue is now lowered.

In WS 9.0 we have completely re-implemented the Traffic Monitoring module. This issue is not valid any more.
