Error in monthly, yearly reporter when no day reports to aggregate

For example we have installed the application yesterday. The amount of traffic is high. Today the reporter is run and it collects records into CSV file - but that CSV file is larger than default 10Mb limit.

When daily report is built it skips that one day - and month and year reports are giving errors.

We have added the check for empty periods and thus monthly and yearly reports now just print the warning into the log
