Traffic / Collector - add skip domains setting?

e.g requests to ceipmsn.com hits for 400 MB per day. Maybe we can add the “skip domains” setting to the reporter/collector?

We need to extend the exclusions settings for the collector. Currently we allow to exclude by module_type. In future we would need to exclude by:

• domain name
• policy
• user ip
• user name
• etc.

We now have the following exclusions in the collector:

• http_response_status_codes
• http_schemes
• errors
• users
• policies
• ips
• modules
• strings

First - we need to add the ability to exclude by the domain name being connected to to collector. Second - we need to expose these settings better in the Admin UI.
