docs: need to check and describe LDAPS with two domain controllers (ms forces LDAPS in March)

In order to work with two+ LDAPS servers, dot he "cat pem1 pem2" into one pem file and upload it into UI - the LDAPS will work with both servers now. To check, bring the first server down and try to browser for a while - everything shall be just fine.
