Scan embedded scripts/css now applied per policy. Ideally we need to apply it per site.

Like apply on YouTube google and does not apply on normal site (non angularjs or something).

Seems to better implement this we have to adjust the exclusions module. Each domain can not only be excluded from the filtering policy but it also has to have a custom filtering settings.

For example, YouTube should be scanned for Jason files and for JavaScript but Google should be scanned for Jason files and for the cascading style sheets.

So the exclusions actually are just are (disabling of) filtering settings applied per domain. So in the next version we need to address this issue by changing exclusions model/logic.
