Fine tuning "scan scripts" and possibly other parse rules by site (e.g. YouTube, Twitter)

YT responds with search results in Java Script thus we fail to find anything by default there - if we enable scan of scripts then the search results are of course blocked - but this might give false positives on other sites.

So ideally we need to be able to fine tune the scan algorithm to scan empedded scripts per site. Also block/allow words per site would be nice to have.
