Cannot work blacklist file function

It seems it cannot work blacklist file in version 1.3.5.14. When I configure the blacklist directly in squid.conf, it works correctly. But it cannot work when I use blacklist files.

In version 2.7 , it works fine with the same settings .

I have it working with mvps hosts.txt, and my own whitelist.txt for a few domains in the hosts.txt i dont want blocked, referenced like this (hosts.txt and whitelist.txt file in hosts subfolder):

acl whitelist dstdomain "/cygdrive/e/Squid/etc/squid/hosts/whitelist.txt"

acl hosts dstdomain "/cygdrive/e/Squid/etc/squid/hosts/hosts.txt"

http_access allow whitelist

http_access deny hosts http_reply_access deny hosts

Dont forget your lines or my demo ones above lines must appear before:

http_access deny all
