Annoying UI Bug: Vertical pane

On every push I get a notification with a vertical full height pane overlaying my code. It takes about 10 seconds or so to go away. I'm guessing it's meant to be a small notification in the corner.

It's even worse for my colleague, where just clicking out of the atomagit pane triggers a blank notifiction.

(the red warning in the console is probably not related)
