Allow specifying a subgroup of the automorphism group of a graph for clique finding

In theory this ought to be quite simple to do, I'm not sure how difficult it would be in practice though. I'm thinking of wanting to be able to compute orbit reps of cliques using the set wise stabiliser of some set of nodes, which might be useful for chromatic number finding.
