Runaway Javascript highlighting

Two issues that seem to have been introduced by 0b4f42ac1ae491adac2b99b81eddd2bfd79337ee:

Javascript highlighting occurs in the text of all tags. Try a file with just

div this or that

and this will be highlighted.

A terminating question mark in a tag breaks pug highlighting (js highlighting remains in effect). Try

@gleachkr thanks for the proper detailed report, I've revoked the PR until we can make sure a new one addresses this issue as well.
