Why these debian packages under release are not part of Debian distributions?

Can you please adjust it to be able to upload, and upload them?

Debian is a community project run by different people: They decide on which packages enter the archive and which not. A Debian Developer (DD) is required for maintaining the packages there or at least sponsor an upload.

This project here has not received any update since December 2020 which makes it hard to convince any DD to invest his spare time in maintaining a "dead horse": Debian releases roughly every two year and the package must be maintained for that period, which includes fixing bugs and security issues. If the upstream project is not doing this itself any DD would need to do this, which just makes it very unlikely to enter Debian any time soon.

PS: I'm a DD myself.
