Keeps giving me the same cards every day

Describe the bug

I've noticed that as of about five days ago, it's giving me the same cards every single day as 'new' even though they're not new.

Here's one example. (Btw, I didn't review anything on December 21 for context)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I just add a new card to an existing deck by tagging.
2. And it's included in the deck but it asks me about that card every day.

Expected behavior

Previously, it seemed like the spacing algorithm with show words with an exponential backoff of sorts which makes sense. Included a screenshot here.

Thanks for submitting this one.. and for the data dump.

Looks like calculated values aren't being applied (notice how the values are always the same) 🤔.

Been trying for a bit now to reproduce it but no luck so far. Even imported your exact practice data as a starting point... practicing it starts doing the right thing (notice how values start to adjust):

This is a weird one not gonna lie 😆... I know it's been a while since you submitted this.. Are you still having this issue by any chance? Or did it resolve itself? Maybe try disabling other plugins?
