Automatic light/dark theme detection for the IDE

I know about 70% of all devs prefer a dark theme, so the new (dark) IDE theme probably made a lot of people happy. I am one of those oddballs that prefer a light working environment.

Constantly switching between light and dark is uncomfortable for the eyes. From an accessibility standpoint, it makes sense to have it adopt to the user's preferred theme. After all, the IDE is such an essential element in IHP.
