Generated Edit View: use <select> for foreign keys

I use IHP for rapid prototyping and like to scaffold the views with the codegen. If there is a model with a foreign key to another model, the edit view generated by the codegen uses a simple text input for the other model's uuid. It'd be nice if that were a box populated with the other model's rows.
