Language.usages

Change the usages property of the Form, Sense, and Lexeme to usage.

Also add a usage field to the Language object, with the same function (allowing users to specifying when this language is used, and by whom).

Then add a usages field to the Language object, which is a list of usage types utilized for the language.

The Language object will therefore have both usage and usages fields.
