Film grain has stopped applying the effect.

I am on the latest version of ComfyUI, using this with Flux.1-dev.

I use this at the end of the upscale process.

Up until recently it applied fair amounts of film grain - it was visible on image compare. It has stopped applying any effect over the past few days. Any tips?
