Filter feedback by creator of related objects

Motivation

At the moment, the feedback list contains all entries, no matter which users created which related objects. We have two different sets of content objects: the global ones created by admins and the individual ones created by non-admin users. Users should only receive feedback about objects they can edit.

Proposed Solution

The feedback list should be filtered according to the current user:

1. Admins should see the feedback list exactly like in the moment - just display all elements
2. Non-admins should only see feedback to elements which were created by their group
