Improvement of link replacement for E-mail address and telefone number

Motivation

There was a report from a munincipality that our link replace feature does not replace E-mail addresses successfully. While we tried to reproduce, they were somehow successfully replaced but we came up with an idea tht it would be nice to automatically update the link text if the link is about an E-mail or telefone number.

Proposed Solution

• [ ] Find conditions in which E-mail addesses are not successfully replaced
• [ ] Implement an functionality whic automatically update the link text of an E-mail address or phone number when it is replaced.
