Enable disabled tests in test_disable_hix_post_save_signal.py

Motivation

Tests in test_disable_hix_post_save_signal.py are disabled in order to merge a hot fix by #2974 quickly. Ths is however not cool. Revive the tests by solving the problem Key (slug)=(du) already exists See the conversation here
