Forwarding technical feedback

Motivation

We want to receive more direct feedback from the target group.

Proposed Solution

If local authorities receive feedback from the target group in the app, they should be able to forward technical feedback to us by simply clicking a button.

Alternatives

User Story

As a municipal employee I want to forward technical feedback from the target group so that the Integreat team can improve the app.

Additional Context

In the past, users were able to give technical feedback in the app in addition to feedback on content - via a drop-down menu where they could select the type of feedback. However, this was probably too confusing because the distinction between these types of feedback is not clear. Now the municipalities are supposed to forward technical feedback to us. To make this easier, the process should work with just a few clicks.
