Option to filter media attached to unused events or archived pages

Motivation

Users would benefit from the ability to filter not only unused files but also those attached to archived pages or past events. This enhancement stems from Issue #2634.

Proposed Solution

This feature could be realized by incorporating separate buttons alongside the existing filter button.

Alternatives

Alternatively, the files could be included within the "Filter unused files" button, as they are likely unused in practice.

User Story

As a regional user, I want to filter files attached to archived pages or past events so that I can efficiently delete unnecessary ones and maintain an organized media library.
