Add support for TOTP 2FA

Motivation

At the moment, we only support 2FA via U2F/FIDO2.

Proposed Solution

Since this requires a separate hardware token and a bit of technical knowledge, I suggest to add support for the more established TOTP method via e.g. Google Authenticator App.
