IGAPP-1243: Focus should be set in context

Usability report

After closing the city search the focus is not set to the first element in the city list. 

Also, when opening a content page the focus should be set to the first element on the page. 

Also, the when going back the focus should return to it's last state on the page.

 

Check what can be implemented, without spending too much time on this.

Also when opening the kebab menu, the focus should be in the kebab menu, and when closing it again, the focus should be where it was before opening the kebab menu (probably in the header then)
