1388: Add the Others category to the filter bar in the app

Add the "Others" category button to the filter bar.

Actually this category was removed intentionally in this PR https://github.com/digitalfabrik/entitlementcard/pull/709/files But I didn't find why? Maybe it shouldn't be displayed in Nürnberg, but then we could remove it from the config probably?

The category was not removed by this pr it was only adjusted to be removed for entitlementcard and sozialpass. @seluianova I think its fine for nuernberg but probably should be discussed with @dkehne

@f1sh1918 right, I just meant it was "removed" from the widget, by calling removeWhere() function :)

I think the decision (back at the time) was that we do not show Others as this is not a real category. But it's also fine to me if we show it :D We should not encourage the Administrators to put too many stores into the others category. instead they should improve their categorization scheme in this case.

We can add the Others-category to all entitlement-cards without any flag etc. It's suitable for Nuremberg and Bavaria.
