A node behind the open pin nodes help text cannot be quarantined

In Firefox, trying to quarantine a node in the space in which the pin nodes help text opens only actives this help text. Any node there can neither be moved directly nor be quarantined. I don't know if it can be vaccinated. Reversing the priority would solve this (putting the text behind the nodes) as the user would be able to drag nodes from the help area until the area activates.
